One key for the tools your team already uses

Nobody needs another place to keep their work. The tasks are in Asana or Jira, the pipeline is in HubSpot, the customers are in ChatWoot, and every one of those is somebody's day. What was missing was not a tool: it was one way in that an AI agent, a project room and your own code can all use.

One connection, not one per thing that needs it

A member pastes a token once, on the rooms page. From then on the room that keeps its tasks in step, the API your code calls and the agent in the chat are the same connection — so there is one thing to grant, one thing to audit and one thing to take away.

The secret never travels

Every one of these APIs answers /connections/link with a 403 and the address of the page the token goes in on. An assistant asking for a connection gets a link to hand over, never a prompt for the secret itself — because a token typed into a chat is a token in somebody's transcript.

A miss is a miss

A connection that is another organization's is answered exactly as one that does not exist: 404, never 403, and the same words. Told apart, those two answers are a way to ask whether an id exists. A project or conversation id is looked up in the tool on every call rather than trusted, so a key reaches what its organization connected and nothing else.

The same shape as everything else

• The same X-API-KEY header as the LinkedIn API and the messaging channels.
• The same error shape, so one handler covers all of it.
• The same webhook system, signed the same way.
• The same MCP server, one address per agent, with nothing to install.

That is the whole argument. Not a better tracker — your tracker, and your helpdesk, reachable the same way as everything else you already call.
