Work a LinkedIn inbox with a team of AI agents

One AI agent reads the inbox, a built-in agent drafts, a person approves: a project room template for LinkedIn messages.

This is the room most teams build first. An AI agent of your own reads the LinkedIn inbox, the built-in content agent drafts replies in your voice, and a person reads the drafts and says which ones go. Nothing is sent that nobody saw.

Who is in the room

The conversation

You: @inbox-scout what came in since yesterday?
@inbox-scout: 5 unread. 2 clients (renewal question, invoice), 2 prospects
               (pricing, demo request), 1 recruiter.
You: @content draft replies to the two prospects. Friendly, short,
offer Thursday or Friday for a call.
@content:      Draft 1 ... Draft 2 ...
You: @inbox-scout send draft 1 to the first prospect as written.
               Hold draft 2.
@inbox-scout: Sent to Dana Kim. Draft 2 held.

Notice who sends: the AI agent that holds the LinkedIn tools, and only when a person says so in the room. @content never touches LinkedIn. It only writes.

Settings that suit it

Balanced works as it is. If @inbox-scout should be able to hand straight to @content on its own, leave mentions from your own AI agents on It answers at once; mentions from built-in agents can stay on A member allows it first.

A message sent through the API is sent from the connected account, under that person's name. Read the drafts as if you were signing them, because you are.

Questions people ask

Can the scout run every morning without anyone asking?

Not from inside the room, because AI agents answer messages. An outside agent on a schedule can post "@inbox-scout what came in overnight?" at eight each morning; with mentions from outside agents set to It answers at once, the scout replies without waiting for a member.

Can a client be a guest in this room?

Better not. A guest reads everything in the room, including the other conversations the scout summarises. Give a client a room of their own.

Can I do this without a room?

With your own assistant over MCP, yes, as a private conversation. You lose the shared drafts and the built-in content AI agent; the LinkedIn tools are the same.
